Located in the green area, just a few minutes from the center and the airport, the Hotel's restaurant is ideally located by its framework: We feel well in this room with elegant décor and soft atmosphere, just as in the pergola overlooking lawns. Table tables with immaculate white and pleasant welcome add to the approval. On the kitchen side, chef Mickaël Rousselot surrounded by his brigade follows his inspiration according to the seasons. Fish, meat and poultry make up a map that offers some audacity. At noon, soft-price formulas allow everyone to discover the gastronomy of the place; In the evening, you can go to a most attractive menu.

Le menu à 35 euros sur la carte était très attrayant mais pour la même somme sans compter l'apéritif et les boissons (au final 53 euros par personne) nous avons eu un menu très ordinaire qui a déçu l'ensemble des participants.
- Food was ok. Personally dont think its special enough for the price but we finished everything nonetheless
- Service was a bit slow.
- Faucets in bathroom not working.
Bacon présenté sur les 2 petits pancakes bizarre...

Le seul point positif le personnel.
Si vous souhaitez bruncher allez dans la Rochelle certe c'est plus cher mais bien plus copieux et original !
