On arrive first pitch was on sand and ants, we asked at reception for a better pitch as our dog has allergies, the receptionist was very unhelpful and abruptly insisted there was no other pitch but we did see plenty of spaces, it wasn’t until I asked for a refund that the boss came and sorted a pitch for us to change to after 3 night!! So lost time having to de camp!
