Présentation de l'habitat oléronais en questionnement sur les pratiques durables et éco responsable. Nouvel espace ludique et instructif. Mise en place de chantiers participatifs pour rénover les bâtiments anciens. Dommage que la maison reconstruite en 1973 avec des matériaux d'origine ne se visite pas.
