Fresh food cuisine in a restaurant on the market square.

This brasserie is ideally located in the heart of the pretty village of Loix en Ré. You can sit on the lovely terrace, right in the center of the market, for a drink with friends, or for lunch. The atmosphere is pleasant, and you'll enjoy re-enacting the world in front of plates that smell of the nearby ocean. No meal is complete without oysters! Served 3 or 6 at a time, you can enjoy them with a glass of wine, before devouring a shrimp bush. The menu offers a wide choice, but the products are always fresh, just like those garnishing the salads.

L'ambiance sur la terrasse est sympa, le service est rapide même en cas d'affluence. Mais regardez bien la carte avant de vous installer : 4 salades dont 2 avec du crottin de chavignol, 1 au poulet de toute évidence congelé et 1 au thon mariné probablement sorti de sa boîte. Planchette poisson avec 2 cuillères à soupe de terrines, 4 crevettes et une boîte de sardines, servies dans leur boîte. Pour la mayo, c'est facile, elle est sur la table avec sa copine le ketchup, en dosettes. Pour le prix, on pourrait s'attendre à mieux.
