Pour ma part, huître et ma compagne terrine de sardine au curry, très belles huître et terrine goûteuse, ensuite longue au lard avec un cuisson parfaite, terminé par une tatrr au citron meringuées maison topissime.
Une cuisine efficace et faite avec respect du produit et du client, le tout avec le sourire et la gentillesse du personel. Franchement, ne passez pas par Marans sans vous y arrêter.
