FERME LIZARRAGA
Farm in the shadow of a fortified castle with an excellent table around the chef and his brigade.
Don't hesitate to leave the road and take the winding path that leads to this splendid 17th-century farmhouse, in the shadow of the famous fortified Château d'Urtubie. You won't want to miss the ambience, with its crackling fireplace and cosy dining room. You'll appreciate the lunchtime menus, the à la carte and tasting menus, and all the savoir-faire of Chef Stéphane, who is constantly reinventing his cuisine. Beef tataki with roasted beet, seared scallops with porcini mushrooms, Garat pigeon... The sweet side is just as creative.
