BEAUFIEF CASTLE
Built from 1768 to 1770 by Perraudeau de Beaufief on a former castle, the exterior of the castle has remained as it was originally, in its green setting. A madness of the 18th century, it consists of a central body with two arched wings. Its chapel, decorated with gypsum, is a listed Historic Monument. The interior, completely looted and abandoned, retains only the Louis-XV staircase and the panelling of the living room. Outside, a French garden and an English park complete the visit. A large house following the castle can accommodate up to 8 people. The ideal way to have the impression of living like a lord for a moment.
