Departure from the small port of Meschers. Enjoy a very warm welcome and the interesting and humorous comments made by the captain. What a pleasure to be able to enjoy a unique view of the cliffs and caves that have made this former fishing village famous. The Gironde estuary conceals some small treasures: approaching the village of Talmont and its famous church, discovering the forest and the tip of Suzac. Among the most pleasant passages: Devil's Bridge, the wreck of the Amiénois, the port of Royan and of course the one known as the "Versailles de la mer", the lighthouse of Cordouan. The Côte de beauté will stop you in front of this monument for a stopover of just over 2 hours. Beautiful! Beautiful! Also sea fishing.

Un de mes meilleurs souvenirs de ces vacances ! Non seulement la croisière avec visite du phare de Cordouan est absolument à faire, mais l'humour du commandant à bord restera dans ma mémoire. Je referai cette balade avec plaisir un prochain été, juste pour retrouver cette joyeuse équipe si sympathique, y compris bien-sûr la dame qui vend les billets, très souriante ! Un grand merci à eux !
