In the heart of the village of Urt, the Auberge de l'Estanquet restaurant and hotel have been renovated in keeping with the culinary traditions of the Basque Country. With talent and simplicity, the chef develops a cuisine based on local produce. Authentic dishes featuring seasonal produce. An alliance of land and sea with hake in Vizcaya sauce, Basque black pudding with 2 apples; and desserts with an assortment of Gasna (Basque cheeses) and black cherry jam, orange tiramisu and Koka (Basque caramel flan). Ce restaurant niché au coeur de la petite ville d'Urt mérite le détour.... l'accueil y est chaleureux, le service rapide et efficace, la cuisine roborative, goûteuse et généreuse. Belles propositions de vins aussi et rapport qualité /prix très intéressant. A retenir!
