In the heart of the village of Urt, the Auberge de l'Estanquet restaurant and hotel have been renovated in keeping with the culinary traditions of the Basque Country. With talent and simplicity, the chef develops a cuisine based on local produce. Authentic dishes featuring seasonal produce. An alliance of land and sea with hake in Vizcaya sauce, Basque black pudding with 2 apples; and desserts with an assortment of Gasna (Basque cheeses) and black cherry jam, orange tiramisu and Koka (Basque caramel flan). Produits locaux, parts généreuses très bien cuisinées et présentées. Cadre agréable. La patronne au service est charmante. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

First of all the reception, which was charming, then rooms! We often stay in hotels, and rarely found some as well run! Decoration, certainly is simple, good taste. As for the table, my wife enjoyed one Pastilla Duck excellent and original with a superb dessert and I let myself be tempted by a perfect Producing menu!
