This restaurant is undoubtedly one of those who one likes to attend: a gourmande stop only 30 minutes from Royan. Nestled behind the church, the place is well known to gourmets and, for over 10 years, held by Julien and Julie. The first has bathed in the hotel-restaurant since its youngest age, the second grew behind the furnaces of his grandmother, and both form a delicious team. Hardly installed, you will take the time to stroll in a map that makes the fair share of fresh products carefully cooked. We appreciate putting in mouth, and always generous entries. Petit Smart invites you to taste a soup of potirons aux of caramelized marrons or subtle Saint James sprinkled with garlic served with a delicious artichokes muslin. The dishes will not miss your palate, offering a true flood of flavours: burbot et and shrimps, saffron sauce, grape mouse, or crayfish. But Le Petit Smart doesn't forget the greedy ones who will make fun of the chef's speciality last time: desserts. Whatever your menu, you will have the choice! You will find the classics as the greedy profiteroles, but also the very inspired creations, in the image of pear in its gala holding. Note: with its success, the restaurant expanded and Chef Julie offers cooking courses and entertaining workshops for small and large. Brilliant!
