Jérôme and Guillaume are the owners of this place dedicated to gastronomy. Close to Jonzac, this restaurant is dedicated to those who wish to taste a quality French cuisine, which puts forward fresh products, of season, but also more international flavours. La Quincaillerie is also a lively place where you can meet people and taste the wines of independent wine growers, the beers of independent brewers and a store selling artisanal products.

Super , cuisine maison, pain maison. Vin bio. Dessert au top. Il faut réserver avant mais ça en vaut la peine.

De passage dans le secteur nous sommes tombés par hasards sur ce petit restaurant qui fait également cave.
Dîner du samedi soir, Tout était excellent, de l’entrée(tartare au couteau, wasabi et œuf cuison parfaite) au dessert (fondant au chocolat) en passant par le plat (queue de lotte) et le plateau de fromages affinés.
Service remarquable et de bon conseil pour les accords mets vin.
La cave qui complète le restaurant regorge de bons plans.
