Known for its simple, good and local gastronomy, the inn works only with fresh and local products. Prepared by the Master Restaurateur Jean-Marie Pigué, the cuisine whets the appetite. It must be said that the chef cultivates recipes that are the honor of the Basque Country: according to the season, shrimp pan, sea bass filet with virgin sauce, grilled duck breast, poultry juice with the scent of undergrowth, duck confit and finally, homemade desserts; homemade chocolate fondant and vanilla ice cream, crème brûlée with the flavor of the moment.
