With this new establishment in the heart of Ustaritz, lovers of seafood and grilled fish will not be disappointed. Such specialized restaurants are rare in the inland Basque Country, and that's something to celebrate. A warm and inviting dining room with an indoor counter, where you can start by enjoying a local white wine, or on the terrace with a few Marennes oysters. You'll appreciate the southern-style cuisine, using local produce (the owner, from Montpellier, worked at Albert's in Biarritz). Octopus a la plancha, cod, sea bream... only the freshest!

Venu pour le repas du 31, l’accueil était chaleureux suivi du menu qui etait excellent du début à la fin , le restaurant est très joli je le recommande fortement

Très bon et fin pour la cuisine.
Un bemol: servi-2 coupettes/18€ en tout.
Nous n avons pas eu le choix de l apéritif et franchement ne pas le proposer,ne pas préciser que les couppettes n étaient pas comprises dans le menu c est très moyen surtout pour un resto qui se veut et qui est fin.
Dessert un peu moyen mais c'est perso.

Un gran descubrimiento! Con todos los restaurantes cerrados, hoy, en la zona, fuimos 5, de casualidad, Chez Poulpe! Sitio muy acogedor y personal atento y muy agradable. Probamos el bacalao gratinado, la brandada parmentière, las vieiras con risotto en su tinta y un camembert rôti! Todo rico rico. La próxima vez, degustaremos el pulpo que preparan de varias maneras. Nos comentaron haber abierto en octubre! Larga vida al Poulpe!
