With this new establishment in the heart of Ustaritz, lovers of seafood and grilled fish will not be disappointed. Such specialized restaurants are rare in the inland Basque Country, and that's something to celebrate. A warm and inviting dining room with an indoor counter, where you can start by enjoying a local white wine, or on the terrace with a few Marennes oysters. You'll appreciate the southern-style cuisine, using local produce (the owner, from Montpellier, worked at Albert's in Biarritz). Octopus a la plancha, cod, sea bream... only the freshest!

Première fois dans ce restaurant fraîchement installé. Excellente surprise, autant avec la qualité des produits que la gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons passé une super soirée et nous nous sommes régalés. Nous reviendrons bien évidemment !

Pour notre repas entre collègues, ???? tres bonne soirée, car très bon resto. Deco, sympa, personnel charmant. La petites mise en bouche, avec l'apero et les petits plats a partager pour commencer. Et alors les plats trop bons et goûteux accompagnésdun pti verre de vin. Nous recommandons!!!! Merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.
