In terms of cuisine, we offer a short menu of authentic, generous dishes with the Norman influences of your hosts...with a Basque twist. Seasonal produce from the market: marbled eels, fish from the fish market, pigeon fricassee in autumn; homemade vanilla-strawberry sablé from Ustaritz or fine apricot tart as dessert recommendations!
