"KBourrutt" has a hard head in Gascony... It's also the address of an inn recently revisited thanks to the talent and creativity of our young 4-hand duo, Romain on the savoury side and Lisa on the desserts, each with extensive backgrounds (Guérard ***, Chez Mattin, Ferrandi, Potel et Chabot...). Generous, creative local cuisine, combining classicism with influences from elsewhere. From appetizers to desserts, it's a succession of dishes rich in subtle flavors and originality. Collège Culinaire de France. Open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner, Sunday evening closed from October to May. Reservations recommended. A la carte: starter, main course and dessert: approx. €50/60. Veranda.
