The DIHINXENEA house, located in the village of Ustaritz, in the Basque Country, with a park of 3000 m2, is a bourgeois house built in 1860 by Doctor Laurent Dihinx

From 1895, it became a family house acquired by my wife's great-grandfather (Jean-Pierre ETCHEVERRY) who had spent part of his life in Chile.

This house has been entirely renovated to give it back life for future generations and keep a family heritage.

It offers 5 spacious guest rooms, all air-conditioned, equipped with king size beds and televisions (among them, two master suites only in summer) with adjoining bathrooms (one with a double bathtub), a living room to relax and watch good movies (a nod to the cinema) and a spacious kitchen and dining room that can accommodate about fifteen people

This house is close to all the shops (restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy...) within a 500m radius.

The house is surrounded by a park with various species of trees (several varieties of maple) and has a pool for relaxation and well-being. The park offers various relaxation areas with garden furniture and deckchairs.

An annex building has been transformed into an outdoor kitchen, a gym and a boudoir.

When the weather is fine, breakfast is served around this kitchen. We offer quality local products (chocolate spread from ANTTON d'Espelette, LOREZTIA jam and honey, ENARA artisanal coffee ....), fresh eggs from our own chickens and various artisanal breads and pastries.

If you wish to participate in sporting events, outdoor sports activities or a fitness course (muscle strengthening and nutrition), I can accompany you as a sports educator, physical trainer and sports nutritionist to help you achieve your goals. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information.
