LE MARAIS
This traditional local restaurant is located a stone's throw from the small port of Mornac. Managed by Alain Cuisinier, it has a beautiful terrace, both sunny and wooded. It's so nice to sit around the small tables on colourful chairs to discover a cuisine that gives pride of place to seasonal produce! On the program, homemade crab cappuccino, salad of our childhood revisited, roasted fish of the day, beef flank steak with shallot, potatoes fried over a wood fire. For dessert: chestnut fondant with cognac and dessert of the day.

the profiteroles with old you need to order à plate because they are just before being served and that it is just extraordinary (you have been eating some so cold, allee stale and I go ice cream flavour vanilla...)the ice is craft and waitress knows what is in dishes (and is very friendly what does not spoil anything)
