KAYAK AND NATURE IN ONLY ONE

Affiliated to the French Canoe and Kayak Federation, the association Kayak et nature offers a walk in the heart of the Seudre marsh. The start is from the pretty port of Mornac and in a few strokes of paddles you will enjoy a preserved nature. Several activities are available: sunset on the marsh for an unforgettable moment, with soft lights and exceptional colours. For the more adventurous, treat yourself to a sea kayak trip on the coast, several outings are possible: Ronce-les-Bains and the coureau d'Oléron, Saint-Palais and the Royannaise coast or the caves and cliffs of the Gironde in Saint-Georges-de-Didonne. The most gourmands will opt for a guided discovery of the marsh with a stop to taste local products at a producer's (salicorne, obione) or a stop to discover the other local speciality: oysters, to be tasted in the middle of the oyster beds.
