Didier and Hugues Chapon, father and son, share the same passion: the wine and wine trades. In the Rouissoir cellar you can taste, buy (country wines, pineaux, wines white, red or rosé and cognac), but above all learn all secrets of wine growers. The opportunity to discover their methods of work, combining tradition, modernity and respect for the environment. You can also discover the vineyards of the vine through hiking trails "the wine vigneron trail". Since the user-friendliness is not a vain word, every year Didier and Hughes organize numerous animations. You understand it, at the Chai winery, we first share… love of the land! In December and January, during the "good heating", a breakfast is offered at the foot of the still with a range of local products: Coffee and tea, fresh cheese, charcuterie, réaulaise galette, campaign bread, homemade jam and honey… And of course their cognacs to finish in beauty.
