Cooking based on fresh produce in a restaurant outside Rivedoux
Don't call him Tethys anymore. This restaurant, located at the exit of Rivedoux, has recently changed its name. But if the place has been tastefully renovated to offer a more friendly atmosphere, the teams remain unchanged. We appreciate the always pleasant welcome, the fast but warm service and a menu that always highlights fresh products. Alongside the traditional pizzas - it is possible to take them away - there are dishes that smell of traditional cuisine just like the starters: foie gras fig jam, gravlax salmon and dishes with access to local products: skewers of duck breast, tartare, Iberian pig press. Fish lovers will be happy to choose line hake.
