At his head, a mother-daughter duo who was not afraid to mix the genres: while Quitterie, a Canadian-trained herbal therapist, manages herbalism Plant power, her mother Josiane runs the restaurant part. In this self-contained decor, the map offers predominantly local and organic products with "vegetated" and gluten-free options. Several formulas are available for all to enjoy this cuisine.
