At his head, a mother-daughter duo who was not afraid to mix the genres: while Quitterie, a Canadian-trained herbal therapist, manages herbalism Plant power, her mother Josiane runs the restaurant part. In this self-contained decor, the map offers predominantly local and organic products with "vegetated" and gluten-free options. Several formulas are available for all to enjoy this cuisine. For example, you will notice the buffet of entries and desserts, and especially the possibility to taste all these dishes on the terrace offering a beautiful view of the Arsenal.
