It's true that everything, from the warm welcome to chef Patrick Bonnaud's exquisite cuisine, is conducive to a delightful dining experience. This passionate chef, who is also a coxswain on the Hermione, likes to work with seasonal produce, such as fish from Tardy and meat from Tixier. Excellente adresse sur Rochefort. Le service est de qualité, tout comme les plats qui sont bien élaborés et sophistiqués. La serveuse à été adorable avec nous. Le tout pour un bon rapport qualité-prix. La patronne nous a proposé un petit menu pour notre fille de 3 ans et a été à l'écoute de nos besoins. On s'est régalés !

"Les Quatres Saisons" c'est une immersion totale dans l'âme rochefortaise. On s'installe dans un salon intimiste et on s'imprègne de l'histoire à travers une rétrospective murale de la ville. On commande le cocktail de l'Hermione pour continuer le voyage. Puis on se laisse aller à la découverte des saveurs des produits locaux de qualité qui agrémentent la carte. Un lieu où se mêlent convivialité et bonheur des papilles. Une adresse incontournable.
