A l'occasion d'un week-end à Saint-Palais-sur-Mer nous avons poussé jusqu'à Royan pour découvrir la cuisine des Filets Bleus. Bien nous en a pris. L'accueil et le service sont simples mais très efficaces. Les produits sont de qualité, la cuisson est maîtrisée, le goût est là. On s'est régalé. On reviendra sans hésitation.
