Inadmissible d'attribuer en connaissance de cause une chambre dont le sous plafond était envahi de pigeons qui faisaient un bruit assourdissant et de s'entendre dire que l'on ne pouvait pas nous dédommager car nous avions une smart box (ce qui était sûrement la cause de l'attribution de cette chambre indésirable !)
