This fish farming is fed by water of the Koran which is of very beautiful quality. And in summer, Tuesday and Friday evening, the fish farming proposes an original fixed rate formula to test between friends: you capture fish, and it on the premises is roasted to you (for €7, you eat your roasted trout accompanied by a potato and a crepe house). Note finally that at the sunny days (from beginning of June to end of September), Moulin Neuf proposes a meal plan at €17 including aperitif, entrance, roasted trout, potatoes in ash, cheese and ice.
