LES BALEINES * * *
Camping on the island of Ré offering spacious, semi-shaded or sunny pitches delimited by hedges.
This campsite is ideal for anyone looking for a change of scenery on the Ile de Ré. Located on the northern tip of the island, in the village that is home to the famous lighthouse, and eco-labeled since 2013, it offers a very pleasant setting. It's a great opportunity to stop off and enjoy both the wilderness and the warm welcome. Here, nature is respected, and the common areas are very clean, allowing all camping enthusiasts to have a good time. The pitches are spacious, both semi-shaded and sunny, and each is bordered by hedges. The rental park is varied: Lodge Safari tent, with its natural decoration, offers a change of scenery for families (up to 7 people), all-wood cabin. Made from regional wood, it provides a neat cocoon for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The campsite also features a number of one- to three-bedroom mobile homes. Here, protecting the environment is no empty word: 70-bike park, renewable electricity, limited flushing, selective sorting... And there's plenty to do: children's playground, sports fields, direct access to the beach, kids' club for ages 4 to 12.
