Nicolas and Florent maintain the flame that animates this domain created by their ancestor Antoine Motz in 1808. They are gradually taking over from their parents Martine and Norbert in the management of this estate, which has been certified organic since 2011. As for the wines, the Motz family offers you the choice between two ranges. One is dedicated to traditional dry Alsace wines (auxerrois, riesling, sylvaner...) or more mellow (gewurztraminer Cuvée Prestige). The other is resolutely natural: wines withoutCO2, from maceration (La Colline Libre), natural sparkling (Fût n'En Bulles).
