The specialty here is the succulent homemade plum pie, washed down with cider, which is eaten whole on the spot or at home. For five generations, the recipe for these fresh plum tarts has been secretly kept, to be offered to the customers who come to see them! The story goes that in 1922, Ernest Raux welcomed groups of young people who met in his café in the summer. The former baker then had the idea to prepare pies... The house also proposes specialities of mussels and oysters and karaoke evenings on Friday in July and August.
