We appreciate the soothing decoration and the desire to protect the environment. On the ground floor is a restaurant with a pretty fully glazed room offering a delicious atmosphere. We come here to discover dishes prepared with local and seasonal products, the establishment having a privileged link with the Oleronese producers. For example, you can enjoy a poached duck foie gras with Merlot, a scallop tartar with sesame seeds or a monkfish roast with rosemary butter.
