The place may seem surprising. This hotel is not located in the heart of a seaside resort, but at the end of a small off-centre road, a little isolated the most touristic part of Oléron. Its location is ideal for anyone wishing to take a break with Domino Beach as their only neighbour. The welcome is warm, the owners will allow you to have a pleasant stay by giving you some visiting tips. Each of the rooms is located on the first floor and has a private terrace. We appreciate the soothing decoration and the desire to protect the environment. On the ground floor is a restaurant with a pretty fully glazed room offering a delicious atmosphere. We come here to discover dishes prepared with local and seasonal products, the establishment having a privileged link with the Oleronese producers. For example, you can enjoy a poached duck foie gras with Merlot, a scallop tartar with sesame seeds or a monkfish roast with rosemary butter.

I stayed 2 nights in this charming small hotel. Same if the restaurant were still closed during the week, the chef prepared us 2 dinners very pleasant.
I particularly appreciated cassoulet prawn with shallot tomatoes in red pineau and also one poellée St Jacques to lemongrass and ginger. I return in April in order to try the menu that water mouth me. Very friendly welcome.
In a quiet and natural site.
