Each island has its beer and its production! In Oléron, on the route between Saint-Georges and Saint-Pierre, you will not be able to miss this brewery marked by a sign. Continue a little your way to reach a very new building: A former Trappist monastery in the th century! You will then meet Jean-Luc Tenant. This master brewer speaks with love of his old bières yeast, and will remind you of the history of the naufrageurs, who caused the sinking of the ship in order to plunder the cargo. Rest assured that the only cargo you will take will be bottles of beer! Made without dye, without preservatives, or sulphites, Naufrageurs beer was rewarded by Le d'or at the national competition of Nancy beer in 2000, 2006 and 2009. Blonde, white, brown, amber, rousse or black, the beer of naufrageurs is also available flavoured with several perfumes, without added sugar and from natural fruit extracts: raspberry, ripe, ginger, cardamone, cognac, liquorice…
