The family has been anchored in the village of Chiron since 1720! To say that they know the region as their pocket! In 1850, cognac production began in the Baudry, and now the family has been maintaining generation-generation know-how over the past 150 years. It's impossible to miss this property where you will discover, free of charge, the domain, the manufacturing techniques and, of course, the fruits of production! It produces cognacs VS, VSOP, XO, Charentes and white pinwater, country wines in red, rosé and white.
