For more than a year, Gaultier and Cécile have been the happy owners of this restaurant located in a small town 30 minutes from La Rochelle. As you enter, you will be charmed by the place: covered terrace, luminous room where every object found finds a natural place. You will undoubtedly appreciate the smiling welcome that will make you want to taste the cuisine of these two enthusiasts. No long menu, but rather a limited choice with this desire to concoct delicious dishes with local products - some even come from the garden! The result lives up to the ambitions with the lunch menu as accessible as it is rich in flavours: crispy ravioli with the flavours of the sea, pan-fried cuttlefish, organic Vendee pig with wild rosemary and peach in roasted syrup.
