MOULIN DES LOGES
This building, one of the last mill mills in Europe, is located in the heart of the Marais Marshes. Plundered and abandoned, it owes its renewal to a couple lover of heritage that restores it. Today owned by the coastal conservatory, it stands out in the flat landscape of the ancient salt marshes of the Seudre. For more than 10 years, exhibitions have informed visitors about the activities that have shaped this landscape over the centuries: saliculture, milling, fish ditches and oyster oyster. Animations are organized in season: honeymoon, themed evenings…

You should not miss the flour-milling demonstrations, that allow you to see how the mill operates: fascinating!
For those who will not have the possibility (depending on the tides), there is a video that passes loop and gives an overview of the mill turning.
The miller is very pleasant and the natural site very well laid out around: people came by bike from marennes, super stroll!
