Restaurant privatisé pour le mariage de ma copine le 23 décembre,
saumon en gravlax très bon, magret de canard cuit juste comme il faut..... Et la pièce montée, que j'ai eu l'honneur de découper (Merci Chef !) et de servir aux invités avait une crème vanillée à la perfection, un délice !
