Traditional market cuisine juggling terrines, charcuterie, oysters, snails, puff pastries... A varied menu: calf's head, flank steak, sauerkraut, mussels and French fries, back of cod, baked camembert with cured ham, home-made fries, green salad, Auvergne burger, Angus beef onglet, sweetbreads. Simmered dishes: bourguignon, blanquette, tripe. Nice home-made desserts. Delicatessen in the dining room.
