SHINY DISTILLERY

In the hamlet of Pirelonge, the ancestral know-how of the manufacture of local products was preserved. This artisan distillery, one of the oldest in the region, produces a well-known brandy more known as… cognac. This precious elixir is then mixed with grape juice. The fermentation of this preparation gives birth to the famous pineau, the wine-rich wine wine par excellence. During the summer, it was time to revive the stills for the distillation of lavender and lavender.
