Just a stone's throw from the port, close to the center of Saint-Trojan, the place has been in the hands of Harmonie and Emilien since last year, who have kept the same philosophy, offering "local products with flavors from elsewhere". In fine weather, you'll be delighted to sit out on the marsh-side terrace for a quiet lunch. The interior is just as pleasant, and the welcome always charming. The cuisine is original and delicious, the dishes colorful.

Oh, and make sure to bring bug repellent (in the summer there are a lot of mosquitoes, which is probably due to the proximity to the water).

Avons dû venir le "mauvais" jour :
Serveur en service minimum : aucune empathie, zéro sourire.
Le plat clam chowder a consisté en 3 ou 4 cuillères de TRES BONNE sauce mais où étaient les clam ??Même pas une cuillère d'ingrédients.
L'avons gentiment signalé.

A 26€ le plat un peu cher non ?
Entrée : ceviche de maigre et autre plat : tartare d'espadon, très bien.
Mais pas suffisant pour donner envie des très bons desserts annoncés...... partis bien déçus.
Aurions préféré faire tinter la cloche-pourboire !!!!....
