Ideally located in the heart of Sainte-Marie, this brasserie also boasts a lovely shaded terrace, a bright patio and a workshop with a fireplace. We love the friendly atmosphere and the decor. The restaurant's surprising dishes include Charentaise chowder and Mr. Vallégeas' brioche perdue. In the evening, with friends, enjoy fresh fruit cocktails with original names: Basilic instinct, Le bonheur est dans le pré, Mon frère de la côte... All served with a board of charcuterie, cheeses or the market gardener's basket.

Très bonne adresse. Le personnel très agréable, cuisine excellente
La brio hé façon pain perdu est à tomber par terre.
Les amandes aux spaghettis sont très copieuses.
Les pokebowls excellents
La carte change tous les jours car tous les produits sont ultra frais, du jour
