This southern cuisine restaurant is located in the heart of the pedestrian streets of the ancient Gallo-Roman city. As you enter, you will enjoy a warm welcome before heading to one of the three air-conditioned rooms that are nicely decorated. On the menu, you will find Italian specialties: lasagna, pasta cooked in different ways including the famous carbonara, veal cutlets and the inevitable pizzas, the list of which is long enough for everyone to find their happiness! At lunchtime, there is a good quality-price formula.

Novembre 2023 : Resto toujours sympa. Pizza, plats et desserts corrects. Déjeuner un samedi midi, un peu d'attente.
Juillet 2023 : Nous sommes saintais et Le Procopio est une institution dans notre ville. Très bon accueil hier soir, sans réservation et à 21h.
Avons dîner rapidement, très bien servis, pizzas au top. Rien à dire, continuez comme ça !
