As you enter, you will enjoy a warm welcome before heading to one of the three air-conditioned rooms that are nicely decorated. En saison, déjeuner en terrasse au Procopio, au cœur des rues piétonnes de Saintes, transporte dans l'ambiance d'une trattoria italienne. Une large carte qui fait la part belle aux spécialités transalpines, des plats copieux servis avec professionnalisme et ce qu'il faut de gentillesse rendent le moment fort agréable.

Parfois victime de son succès du à une bonne cuisine et à un bon rapport qualité prix. Un petit inconvénient : le bruit et la promiscuité, mais ce n'est pas vraiment le genre d'établissement où on vient pour roucouler.
