Quiet restaurant with a warm decoration proposing a home cooking in Saintes.

This Logis Hotel Restaurant is set a little way from the town center, on a pretty square where the Abbaye aux Dames stands. Peace and quiet are the order of the day, and parking is easy. You'll love the warmly decorated dining room, and the terrace overlooking the abbey church. The chef sources his home-grown produce from local producers. Nous avons dîné ce vendredi soir. L'accueil est chaleureux. Nous avons extrêmement bien mangé. L'ambiance est très agréable de part la gentillesse des serveurs et surtout du sommelier qui est excellent et adorable.
Petit bémol pour la chambre, qui est très mal insonorisée, très sombre et nous avons eu très très chaud.....

Menu à 39 €: plein de saveurs, un petit bémol pour les desserts.
Accueil, service sans trop d'attente et explications gustatives. Vins au verre, café, amusé bouche: excellents.

Très bon séjour ds cet établissement. Situé à 10 mn à pied de la gare sncf et à côté de l abbaye aux dames. Chambre spacieuse, propre et bonne literie. Les repas pris au restaurant étaient délicieux servis par du personnel agréable et professionnel. Un grand merci à Thibaud et sa collègue en salle. Le dessert aux clémentines, un délice.... Un grand merci également au dirigeant de l établissement pour son accueil.
