Restaurant to taste fresh products and to enjoy a unique menu in Saintes.

Laurent Guenot had created a unique concept: go to a restaurant where you can taste fresh produce while choosing a glass of wine from an attractive menu. Agnès and Stéphane are continuing the adventure. As you enter, you'll be seduced by a bright room and a smiling welcome. At lunch, you'll enjoy a daily menu offering excellent value for money. The plates are beautifully presented and the flavors authentic. In the evening, you'll enjoy fresh, beautifully prepared products accompanied by a glass of wine.

Open all year round. Tuesday to Saturday, 12pm to 2pm; Wednesday to Saturday, 12pm to 2pm and 7pm to 9pm. Reservations recommended. Menu: approx. €18. Children's menu: €20 (up to age 10). Set lunch menu: €21 (dish of the day: €15). Wine by the glass. Terrace. Gift store. Free wi-fi access.

Jolie découverte. Restaurant essayé pour un repas professionnel le midi. Menu du jour, à 21 €, très élaboré en termes de saveurs et de présentation. La carte des plats est volontairement restreinte pour travailler des produits frais. La carte des vins est très intéressante avec quelques pépites. Je recommande chaleureusement pour la cuisine et pour l'accueil.

Excellent beef fillet with smoking herbs on top. Delicious sauce. Locally sourced ingredients and products.
It’s probably one of the best restaurants in the regions. Definitely one of my favorite ones.

Des plats a priori « simples » mais avec une vraie recherche culinaire, et donc travaillés avec beaucoup de soin, je viens au restaurant pour ce type d’expérience et une cuisine authentique. Le service comme les plats étaient de haute qualité, MERCI.
