AÉRO-CLUB DE SAINTES

The Aéroclub de Saintes-Thénac is a flying club located in Thénac, at the Saintes-Thénac aerodrome. Among these, you can book a 30-minute discovery flight over Saintes and the surrounding area, offering a unique view of the Pays Saintongeais and the Gironde Estuary. This flight is ideal for a first experience in light aviation, or as an original gift. The flying club also offers introductory flight packages, where participants can take the controls of the aircraft accompanied by an instructor. These introductory flights can be a first step towards obtaining the Brevet de Pilote Privé d'avion. The flying club has three aircraft at its disposal, including the Jodel D11J80, with 80 horsepower and a cruising speed of 140 km/h.
