An electro-solar boat offering several cruises from Saintes to Port d'Envaux
To this day, Saintes retains an intimate link with the Charente River, on which barges laden with brandy once travelled. You'll take a seat on an electro-solar boat, which is both silent and environmentally friendly, allowing you to enjoy explanations about nature and contemplate monuments from the comfort of your solarium. Several cruises are available from Saintes to Port d'Envaux and Chaniers: Relaxation and Discovery for lunch, or a simple afternoon cruise.

The restaurant meal is preselected. It’s was just ok. My pork slice (as seen in prior review pictures) was very fatty. The gravy, potatoes and dessert of ice cream was good. Hopefully the future 2024 meal will taste better.
We opted for the 3 glasses of wine with our meal which were also good.
The cost of the boat trip is 47 euros. It’s well worth the money.
The preselected meal was ok.
We can recommend this trip and will take again with family and friends.
A tres bientot
