Notre fille de 6 ans était très désireuse de bien faire devant les explications très concises et le regard attentif et bienveillant de Marjorie, la patronne.
Tout s'est déroulé avec bonne humeur et extrême gentillesse dans le partage de son précieux savoir.
Marjorie, aidée d'Elena, son apprentie, est d'une patience absolue et a réellement à cœur de transmettre cette passion du chocolat qui l'anime.
