MAISON RAMBEAU ET FILS
With 100 hectares of property and 200 cattle, this delicatessen butcher of Soubran is a real charentaise institution. The Rambeau family has been cultivating their passion for meat and charcuterie from father to son since 1966. They do not hesitate to trade their apron with farm boots when they return to their herds. Their motto: from barn to table. The tone is given because, in fact, rigour and perfectionism are good pairs in this family. While cattle benefit from charentais charentais, pigs are fed wheat, barley, peas or soy meal. Full of good natural things that give the meat a unique flavour. Add to this the exceptional know-how of these butchers butchers and you will get recipes that give water to the mouth: Ham refined with cognac, ham nuts, pure pork sausage, jambonnée breast… The original touch is salting of the hams of the island of Ré. You can find them in markets where they will share their mood with you. Every day on the markets of Saintes…
