With his cooking, it's all the same: generous and rich in joie de vivre! Jean-Michel treats you to fish sauerkraut, grumbeerkiechele, flambéed tarts and other Alsatian delights. The menu also proposes beautiful pieces of meat, large mixed salads and varied pizzas.
